CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hour Cancellation Window:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty or fees. 

Processing Fee:
Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window may be subject to any processing fees incurred to the Merchant.

Orders Fulfilled for Shipping:
Once an order has been fulfilled for shipping, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, even if within the 48-hour window. Please refer to the return policy for further details and any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptions (No Processing Fee Applied)
Out of Stock / Discontinued Items:
If an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued after the order is placed, the order may be canceled and not subject to any processing fees or penalties.

Delivery Delays Beyond 14 Days:
If the estimated delivery time exceeds 14 days from the order date, the customer may cancel the order without incurring any processing fees or penalties.

Additional Terms: 
All other cancellations outside of the stated exceptions may be subject to the processing fees incurred to the merchant.

Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment and may be reduced by any applicable processing fees incurred to the merchant.


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged in Shipping and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In order to return due to damages in shipping or defective, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

An RMA will be required to be filled out completely and reviewed for approval of the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the product back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after our processing time.

If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on where to send your package. Items must be shipped back in a sturdy shipping box, ensuring it is well-protected with adequate cushioning material. Do not use the product's original product packaging (e.g., product box, plastic bag) as the sole shipping container, as this may not provide sufficient protection during transit and could void your return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refund/Return Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following product criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product must be in original packaging (shipped inside a shipping box)

- Product must be unused

- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first to confirm if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization if applicable.

Product returns and refunds will be determined based on the product condition. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs with regard to the items being returned. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to resell, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 15% (of the purchase price) restocking fee.

Firman, Front Runner, Jackery, Bad Ass Tents, C6, BioLite, DeepSleep, Garmin, Roam Adventure. 

HIGH PRICE ITEMS:

All items over $100 (original product price, not including discounts or coupons)

HEAVY ITEMS:

Items that are over 10 pounds

TYPE OF ITEMS:

All auto accessory products
