REV TENT WARRANTY
C6 Outdoor warranties the Rev Tent for 3 years.
For the original purchaser the Rev Tent Warranty covers material defects and defects in workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, typical decay, extreme exposure to the elements (for example, the natural breakdown of colors), misuse, neglect, and defects caused by failure to follow the Rev Tent care guidelines or other improper uses.
C6 PRODUCT WARRANTY
C6 Outdoor warranties all other C6 Outdoor products for 2 years. Normal wear and tear, misuse and abuse are not covered. Defects in materials and workmanship is.
OTHER PRODUCT WARRANTY
C6 Outdoor also sells other brand products that complement the Rev Tent line. For those products, we honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES.
For Warranty coverage you will need to provide the original purchase receipt. Keep that email confirmation somewhere safe!

NOTE: We have the right to repair or replace the product. If we are unable to do either, we’ll issue a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new C6 Outdoor product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.
Damage to a product not covered by Warranty may qualify for repair at a reasonable rate.

WARRANTY SHIPPING POLICY
Charges for shipping and insuring packages to C6 Outdoor are the customer’s responsibility. C6 Outdoor will ship the warrantied product back to the customer via ground shipping free of charge for shipments within the United States.
International shipping charges and customs fees to and from C6 Outdoor are the customer’s responsibility.
When shipping products back to C6 Outdoor, please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package, as C6 Outdoor can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
